How it works

1. Diagnostic audit. We review your objective, research record, public profiles, timing and evidence gaps.
2. Development plan. You receive realistic milestones for outputs, visibility, leadership evidence and profile coherence.
3. Build and document. Mentoring supports genuine work while progress and supporting evidence are organised throughout.
4. Readiness and referral. We review presentation readiness and direct legal immigration questions to an IAA-regulated adviser.

You get a written agreement with scope, fee and milestones before any payment.

Our standards

• Evidence before claims. Every plan centres documented work, responsible authorship and evidence that can be independently verified.
• Development, not shortcuts. We strengthen genuine research contribution—never manufactured credentials, artificial citations or guaranteed results.
• Clear professional boundaries. GCA develops research profiles and application readiness. Regulated immigration advice belongs with an IAA-regulated adviser.

What GCA does not do

GCA is an independent academic mentoring service. GCA does not award degrees, publications, fellowships, endorsements or visas and does not provide regulated immigration advice. For visa questions use a regulated adviser and the official Global Talent guidance.
