Customer benefits

The programme is designed to give you the following practical benefits:

  • A clearer understanding of the selected Fellowship category and evidence expectations.
  • A structured map connecting professional practice to the relevant PSF dimensions.
  • Stronger reflective writing that explains impact rather than merely listing activities.
  • Better selection and organisation of examples, evidence and supporting statements.
  • Constructive draft feedback that improves clarity, coherence and professional voice.
  • A realistic completion plan with milestones and application-readiness checks.
  • Greater confidence in presenting teaching, learner-support, leadership or strategic impact.

What the service includes

  • Initial category and evidence-readiness discussion.
  • Professional Standards Framework evidence mapping.
  • Reflective narrative structure and example selection.
  • Drafting guidance and developmental review within the written scope.
  • Guidance on referee or advocate selection and supporting statements.
  • Final coherence, evidence and submission-readiness review.

How the engagement works

  • Confirm the appropriate category and review available evidence.
  • Create an evidence map and individual writing plan.
  • Develop and review the reflective narrative through agreed drafts.
  • Complete a final readiness review before independent submission.

Payment agreement

Select the proposed payment arrangement:

The selected category fee covers mentoring and drafting support only. Advance HE or third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.

Important service boundaries

To protect both you and GCA, please note:

  • GCA does not award Fellowship and cannot guarantee a successful outcome.
  • Advance HE or another authorised reviewing body makes the final decision.
  • The participant remains responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all evidence and claims.
  • Referee, advocate and institutional approvals are not controlled by GCA.

Participant responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and verifiable information and documents.
  • Attend agreed sessions, complete actions and respond within reasonable timelines.
  • Follow research-integrity, authorship, citation and confidentiality requirements.
  • Pay fees according to the signed payment schedule and retain payment records.
  • Inform GCA promptly of material changes to objectives, deadlines or circumstances.
